SHORT HISTORY: Join Executive Cultural Tours during the 2022 holiday season for their annual New York tour featuring world renowned Broadway productions, visits to important New York landmarks, as well as a view of the city’s dazzling light displays.

 
 

Day 1: Thursday, December 8

L

 

This morning, board a private motor coach to New York City from Ottawa. A Champagne luncheon will be provided en route. Late afternoon, you will arrive at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. Located just steps from the famous theater district, this grand hotel boasts many amenities. Built in 1962, this hotel has housed many illustrious personalities including past United States Presidents, world famous elebrities like Ella Fitzgerald and Duke Ellington, music artists, painters, and so many people. With 5 restaurants, 10 ballrooms, a jazz club, top notch services, as well as a short distance to Central Park, this hotel is sure to make your stay in New York comfortable and pleasurable.

This evening, join fellow participants for an optional performance of Rigoletto at the distinguished Metropolitan Opera House. Overnight at the Sheraton New York Times Square hotel.

 

Day 2: Friday, December 9

This morning we will depart for a morning sightseeing tour in this wondrous city followed by lunch at one of New York’s fabulous restaurants. This evening transfer to one of New York's stunning Broadway shows TBA. Transfer back to your hotel after the performance

 

Day 3: Saturday, December 10

 

This morning, prepare yourself for a day of art and culture.

New York City is known for many things and one of those things is their tremendous collection of famous art establishments. Board our private motor coach for transfers to the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum, the Guggenheim, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, some of New York’s finest historical art buildings .

This afternoon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an optional matinee performance The Hours with Renee Fleming, Kelli O'Hara and Joyce DiDonato at the Metropolitan Opera House. Two other performances a historical New York building famous for its vast collection of award winning performances. Built in 1893, this structure's mostly original architecture is like nothing you’ve before seen. Its historical feel, as well as its notable performances, will dazzle and inspire you. This evening we will transfer to Radio City Music Hall to experience the world famous Christmas Spectacular.

Overnight at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.

 

Day 4: Sunday, December 11

 

This morning, enjoy the sights of this busy and creative city at your leisure. Check out of your hotel and board our private motor coach at 1.00PM in preparation for your trip back home, culminating this memorable trip to The City That Never Sleeps. We will make a dinner stop enroute.

Cancellation, baggage and health insurance, excess baggage charges, food and beverages not included in the group menus, wines and liquors, individual services and any items of a personal nature.

RESPONSIBILITY

Executive Cultural Tours and/or their agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries act only as agents for the hotel, airlines, bus companies and operators providing accommodation, transportation, meals, tours or other services and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are issued subject to all tariffs, terms and conditions under which the forgoing or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus companies. By the acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour member agrees that the Company shall not become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to the person, firm or corporation. Further, the Company shall not become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage due to an Act of God or Act of War. The tour operator reserves the right to withdraw a tour, to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time or to make changes in the itinerary whenever in their sole judgment conditions warrant or if such changes result from circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator. Executive Cultural Tours and/or their agents shall not be responsible for the injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or other, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying or providing transportation to the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any other hotel proprietor or employee. The aforesaid and their agents can accept no responsibility for losses or accidental expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or hotel overbookings or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger.

BOOKING

Both a CAD $1000 deposit, as well as the optional package tour insurance cost, are required upon reservation. A post-dated cheque for the balance, dated September 8, 2022, is also required at the time of reservation.

Cheques should be made payable to Uniglobe The Premiere Travel Group. Credit card payments are accepted.

CANCELLATION

Full refund up to June 16, 2022, less $500.00 per person. From June 17 until 90 days prior to departure, $1,000.00 is non-refundable. Less than 90 days prior to departure total cost of tour is non-refundable. After departure, no refund will be made for any unused hotel accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, etc. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing.
